Who provides support

Support for Replio is provided by Kovacs Software Solutions. We aim to respond within a few business days, though response times can vary with volume and the nature of the request.

Contact support for bug reports, subscription questions, restore-purchase help, account access issues, account deletion requests, or anything affecting your experience in the app.

For business, partnership, legal, or other general inquiries that are not technical support, email info@kovacssoftware.com.

Subscriptions and billing

Purchases and subscriptions are managed through the App Store. To cancel a subscription, change billing, or request a refund, use your Apple account subscription settings or Apple Support.

We can help with restore purchases, Pro entitlement issues, and subscription-related access problems inside the app. Deleting an account in the app does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

Details that help us respond faster

Where possible, include:

  • your device model and iOS version;
  • the app version and what you were trying to do;
  • any error message, screenshot, or example you are comfortable sharing;
  • whether the issue involves reply generation, Pro, restore purchases, Sign in with Apple, or account deletion.
